Complete Toilet Paper Production Line
1800mm rewinding machine + log saw + single roll packing machine
A start-up converting plant in Lagos required a full toilet roll line able to run recycled and virgin jumbo reels. We configured the rewinder, band saw cutting machine and automatic single roll packer as one synchronised line and supported installation by video guidance.

An established hygiene brand expanded capacity with four interfolding units feeding automatic soft pack packers. Machines were configured for 220V/60Hz local supply and Arabic/English operator labels.

How do I choose the right machine for my tissue project?
Tell us the finished product (toilet paper, napkin, facial tissue, hand towel, maxi roll or handkerchief), the target daily capacity, the raw material width and your factory space. Our engineers then recommend a machine model and full line configuration that matches your product specification, budget and future expansion plan.
Can machine parameters be customized?
Yes. Working width, roll diameter, perforation length, embossing pattern, folding format, control brand, motor voltage and frequency can all be adjusted. Non-standard machines and special layouts are part of our regular work.
How is the machine tested before shipment?
Each machine is fully assembled in our workshop and run with real tissue paper. We test speed, tension, cutting accuracy, folding quality and electrical safety, and we can record the running test on video for your approval before packing.
What is the warranty period?
Standard warranty is 12 months for the main machine from the date of arrival, excluding wear parts such as blades, belts and rubber rollers. Technical support and spare-part supply continue for the whole service life of the machine.
What is the production lead time?
Single standard machines are usually ready in 20–35 working days. Complete lines and non-standard configurations typically require 45–60 working days. A confirmed schedule is issued with the proforma invoice.
